JORDAN ZINBERG
PRESIDENT & CEO
Jordan Zinberg is the President and CEO of Bedford Park Capital Corporation. Mr. Zinberg has over 15 years of investment industry experience including portfolio management and trading, and has served as a director of both private and public companies. Before founding Bedford Park Capital, Mr. Zinberg was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at a prominent Toronto-based investment management firm. Prior to that role, Mr. Zinberg spent 7 years at one of Canada’s largest investment dealers. Mr. Zinberg holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business as well as several industry licenses and certifications. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation and is a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
TODD ZELIGMAN
PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Todd Zeligman is a Partner and Managing Director at Bedford Park Capital Corporation. Mr. Zeligman has over 15 years of investment banking and private investment experience. Before co-founding Bedford Park Capital, Mr. Zeligman was a partner at a Toronto-based private debt firm focusing on small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. Prior to that role, Mr. Zeligman was as an investment banker for two of Canada's top bank-owned dealers where he advised on over $1.5 billion of debt and equity related financings and on over $1 billion in M&A transactions. Mr. Zeligman holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager Designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
JENNIFER CARTER
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jennifer Carter is the Head of Business Development at Bedford Park Capital. Ms. Carter has 20 years of investment industry experience focused primarily on business development. Ms. Carter is responsible for the expansion of the firm’s client base and enhancing the company’s overall market presence. Before joining Bedford Park Capital, Ms. Carter was a Director of National Retail Sales at a multi billion dollar Toronto-based hedge fund. Prior to that role, Ms. Carter spent several years as the Director of National Sales with one of Canada’s largest investment dealers. Ms. Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from York University and has earned several industry-related designations throughout her career.
